From hating food, to LOVING food!!!. Cooking is my dream and my passion .I'm a food maniac. Growing up I wasnt a food fanatic , but now I am, food is my life and im always trying to top my last dish . Experiencing different cultures through food by widening my creativity, I have learnt how to accept other culture and appreciate what they call a good dish. ​

 



On Rou's Kitchen you can find a variety of dishes. From international to "back home"(Caribbean). Preparing these dishes give me a sense of comfort and freedom , a way of expressing the joy I have when I have created yet another dish. Im an up coming Chef who loves the art of cooking . Cooking is my passion and my drug.

Going out preparing dishes for my friends and families is overwhelmingly exciting and it makes me feel appreciated for what I have done and what Im doing. My vision is to not only be one of the best but to also share my talent and help those who are in need of my services. To build a franchise so that Rou's Kitchen can be experienced.
